JAMB Delists 6 Additional Centers

Additional six centers have been delisted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) following poor performance on the second day of the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

On Saturday, the first day of the examination, the board delisted 24 centres for the same reason.

iexclusive News Nigeria reports that Dr. Fabian Benjamin, Head, Protocol and Public Affairs, stated in a statement that 464,834 candidates sat for the UTME on Monday, the second day of the examination.

Dayspring Christian College in Opete, Delta state, Fountain of Knowledge INTL Academy’s CBT centre in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state, Twelve Apostles College in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state, and Lead British International School in Gwarimpa, Abuja are among the delisted centres.

Others are Zaria Academy in Kaduna State, Muhammed Kamaldeen CBT Centre in Ilorin, Kwara State, and FGC Ogidi Ilorin in Kwara State. Dr Benjamin also urged applicants who were unable to register during the earlier indicated period to visit specified registration centres.

He instructed them to print their examination notification slip to obtain their examination schedule.

The notification slip is available for printing on the website www.jamv.gov.ng.
