iexclusive News Nigeria reports that Wyclef, in response to Sound Sultan’s death, took to Twitter on Sunday, writing, ‘He lost a great brother.’
Additionally, he posted a video of himself singing alongside Sound Sultan.
“Everyone in Nigeria knows I called @soundsultan my cousin,” he wrote. “I lost a dear brother.” Peace Be With You.”
In 2009, Sound Sultan collaborated with Wyclef on the song ‘King of my country.’
Prior to his demise, Sound Sultan collaborated with Wyclef Jean, 2face Idibia, Faze, Flavour, Banky W, Eldee, Chidinma, 9ice, and Wizkid.
