Full List Of Senators Who Voted For And Against Electronic Results Transfer

On July 15, 2021, the Nigerian Senate voted on whether or not to send election results electronically through communication networks in advance of the 2023 general elections.

iexclusive News Nigeria reports that election reform supporters said that electronic results transmission would increase voter transparency and efficiency, while also making it more impossible to falsify real-time results as they feed into a single, publicly accessible database from polling stations throughout the nation.
