Man Locked Up In Prison For Allegedly Defiling 4 Daughters

Iexclusive News Nigeria reports that Sunday Julius, a 39-year-old cleaner, was locked up in Kirikiri Correctional Centre for allegedly defiling his four kids.

Julius was charged with defiling his four daughters, aged 16 years, 11 years, 10 years, and seven years, at his home in Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos, between August 2020 and July 2021.

DSP Kehinde Ajayi, a police prosecutor, said the defendant was arrested after his wife filed a complaint at a police station.

Julius’ plea was rejected by Chief Magistrate Mrs O.A.Ajibade, who remanded him in custody seeking legal advice from the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).

The case file was to be handed to the DPP for advice, according to Ajibade. She postponed the case’s hearing until September 13th.
