BREAKING: Court Orders DSS To Pay Sunday Igboho N20bn Over Home Invasion

Department of State Services (DSS) has been ordered to pay N20 billion naira to Sunday Adeyemo aka Sunday Igboho .

iexclusive News Nigeria reports that the funds will be used to repair damages to his Soka home in Ibadan that occurred during the July 1 raid.

On Friday, Justice Ladiran Akintola of the Oyo State High Court issued the order.

iexclusive News Nigeria reports that the judge ruled in Igboho’s lawsuit against the DSS, in which he sought N500 billion.

The raid was ruled unconstitutional by the court, which also chastised the DSS for its “arbitrary violence and prejudices.”
