JUST IN: The DSS rearrests Emefiele following a confrontation with prison Officials

Godwin Emefiele, the Central Bank of Nigeria’s suspended governor, was re-arrested by Directorate of State Services (DSS) agents (CBN).

After getting into a physical altercation with members of the Nigerian Prisons Service, the operatives brought Emefiele into jail.

In the past, the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, granted bail to Emefiele.

According to Touchaheart, notwithstanding the bail, DSS agents and jail guards engaged in a confrontation over Emefiele’s detention.

In front of Nicholas Oweibo’s courtroom at the federal high court in Ikoyi, Lagos, a brawl broke out.

The jail staff departed the federal high court’s Ikoyi, Lagos, premises shortly after the altercation.
