AKMODEL GROUP M.D, Builder (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade and his team from Nigeria in another meeting, met with a top builder – Alhaji Ayinde Lukman in Cote d’Ivoire.
This meeting was also put together by Alhaji Ahmad Bello who was convinced about AKMODEL Group’s sincerity after purchase of land and there were no stories or drama in allocation.
Bldr. (Dr.) Odegade thanked him for hosting us and went straight to introduce the company and all the subsidiaries under AKMODEL GROUP to him, namely: AKMODEL Building, AKMODEL Construction, AKMODEL Real Estate, AKMODEL Farms, AKMODEL Apartments and Land Banking Investment.
After his presentation, Alhaji Lukman who is the MD/CEO of Lé Batiment SARL in Abidjan welcomed everyone. He said he started building out of passion and his policy are maintaining standard and principles.
Though he is not into small building projects, he is willing to partner with AKMODEL GROUP in Cote d’Ivoire and also assist in marketing in Cote d’Ivoire all Akmodel businesses in Nigeria.
He magnanimously took Akmodel Team round his office and some of his building sites.
It was a fruitful session and also present were: Favour Benson (Akmodel Media Consultant), Alhaji Ahmad Bello Morogun, The Secretary, Site Engineer, Other Workers, Mrs Rukayat Afolayan, Akmodel Staff and other Top Realtors from Nigeria.
Akmodel Group consist of Akmodel Homes and Properties, Akmodel Builders, Akmodel Farms and Akmodel Construction.
They also have landed properties in Lagos, Uyo, Ibadan, Awka, Abeokuta, Ilorin, Enugu, Ghana etc.
