iexclusivenews – Akmodel Group Managing Director, Builder (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade and his team paid a courtesy visit to His Lordship, Bishop Rt. Revd. Dr. J. Akin Atere, The Diocesan, Diocese of Awori, Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion.
The meeting which took place in their secretariat at Ota was held in a serene and beautiful atmosphere conducive for the business of the day.
The meeting started with introduction by Mr. Damilola Oladele (Publisher of The Voice Magazine) who made the occasion possible.
Dr. Odegade took over by firstly thanking His Lordship for the opportunity to meet with him, and delving straight to the purpose of the day.
He introduced and spoke on all the properties under Akmodel Group, itemizing them: Akmodel Homes and Properties, Akmodel Construction, Akmodel Builders, Akmodel Farms, Akmodel Auto-care and Akmodel Oil and Gas.
He talked about the opportunities and benefits embedded in the buying or investing in landed properties.
He also talked about the Land Banking Investment (for those who are not interested in owning properties but have the cash lying around in the banks).
His Lordship who is preparing for the Second Session Of The Fifth Synod welcomed the team, saying that though he is gradually understanding us, he will still need to verify all what we said. He said this is due to the situation that we find ourselves in the country, people preying on others gullibility to dupe them.
He said that people are now very wary of all the “sweet talks” from marketers, citing instances that some people died or were/are destroyed because what was promised before investment was not what they got at the maturity or expiration of the transaction.
He also said being a spiritual leader, he has to be sure of what he is introducing to his members so as not to tarnish his image and name.
