How Fouani Brothers Were Kidnapped In Lagos

The news of their abduction sent shockwaves through Lagos, with citizens and law enforcement on high alert.

The Lagos police command immediately mobilized, declaring their commitment to work “tirelessly” for the safe return of the abducted brothers.

In a display of relentless pursuit and collaboration between forces, the Lagos Marine police and the Nigerian Navy orchestrated a strategic operation.

Their efforts culminated in a late-night rescue on Monday in Orugbo Iddo that brought relief to an anxious city.

The Aftermath of a Night of Valor

Benjamin Hundeyin, spokesperson for the Lagos police, confirmed through a Whatsapp chat that the combined might of marine expertise and tactical precision ensured the victims‘ safe return.

In the quiet early hours following their rescue, the five individuals—including three Lebanese nationals and two local boat crew members—were escorted back to their homes on Banana Island, marking the end of their ordeal.
