The exchange rate for a dollar to naira at Lagos Parallel Market (Black Market) opened at N570.00 per dollar on Monday, January 10th 2022, after it closed at N567.00 per dollar on Sunday, January 7th, 2022 according to sources at Bureau De Change (BDC).
