Nnamdi Kanu Fumes At Bloodletting In Igbo Land …Demands immediate release of ‘Mama Biafra’
iexclusivenews reports that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, has urged an end to the needless killings in the South East.
This online news outlet understands that the IPOB leader, Kanu spoke from the Department of State Services (DSS) detention center in Abuja. Where he is presently held, expressed outrage over the recent bloodshed and instability in the region.
Prince Emmanuel Kanu, Kanu’s younger brother, spoke with Vanguard Monday evening after seeing the IPOB Leader in custody and expressed sadness over the news of killings throughout the South East.
He claimed that his brother “does not believe in bloodshed” and that he felt awful that bloodsuckers had gone unnoticed in the South East.

iexclusivenews Nigeria reports that Mazi Kanu was cited as saying that all those responsible for the present killings in the southeast should face justice, claiming that Ndigbo is not renowned for cannibalism.
Mrs. Ukamaka Ejezie, widely known as “Mama Biafra,” was also asked to be released immediately by the IPOB leader.
He claims the septuagenarian was apprehended at Kanu’s last court appearance on May 18 in Abuja.
Since his parents died in 2020, Kanu claims the lady has been posing as his mother.
He claimed that the elderly woman had committed no wrong by traveling to Abuja to support him in court when she was detained.

” I saw her at the DSS detention cell after her clothes were washed and spread on the wall.. I demand that she be released because she committed no crime.”
” She is an old woman and since my mother died I have taken her as my mother. The DSS should release her”, Kanu was quoted as saying
The IPOB leader also clarified whether he was the person whom Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo met at the DSS headquarters last week.
He said that the Barcelona club outfit he wore when the Governor visited was his nightdress and that there was no reason for anybody to dispute if he was the person Soludo met.
Kanu asked everyone to keep the peace in the South East, which is famed for it and said those behind the instability in the region do not care about the people.
