#EndBadGovernance Protest: Gov Fintiri Urges Tinubu to Rejig Policies

(iexclusivenews) – On Saturday, at the Unity Bridge in Yola, Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Fintiri addressed the #EndBadGovernance protesters.

He acknowledged their right to peaceful protest, emphasizing the importance of citizens expressing their grievances in a democracy.

“In democracy, there is room for people to ventilate their grievances and tell the government at all levels their feelings,” he stated.

Governor’s Plea for Peaceful Conduct

As the nationwide hunger protest tagged #EndBadGovernance enters its third day, Governor Fintiri commended the protesters for their peaceful conduct.

He recognized the hardship faced by many Nigerians and urged the Bola Tinubu-led government to urgently revamp its welfare policies to alleviate the current suffering.

Governor Fintiri, represented by the Secretary of the State Government (SSG), Awwal Tukur, appealed to the protesters to maintain their peaceful demeanor.

He assured them that his administration is committed to easing the suffering of the masses within its limited resources.
