Baba Ijesha: The Minor Was Defiled, Doctor Tells Court

A medical expert testified at the resumed hearing in Baba Ijesha’s sexual assault lawsuit that the youngster who the actor allegedly molested was genuinely filthy.

Dr. Aniekan Makanjuola presented his findings to an Ikeja Special Offences Court on Thursday, October 21.

Dr. Makanjuola noted, “Our results showed a blunt penetration of the vagina, which was consistent with the client’s experience.”

Makanjuola is the Director of Clinical Services at Women at Risk International Foundation (WARIF) and a forensic medical examiner with extensive experience.

“We escorted her to the consulting room, where she described the events of the past seven years,” she said.

She kept the interactions a secret from her mother, but they began to affect her mood and academic performance.

“She told her mother’s acquaintance what had happened on April 16, and her mother was alerted.” We decided to put it to the test.”

“We found a healed cut on the labia minora at the 3’0 clock position, as well as a notch at the 6’0 clock position, and a normal external genitalia.”

The client was sent to the laboratory for extra testing based on these findings, including HIV 1 and 2, Hepatitis A, B, Syphilis, and pregnancy, all of which came out negative.

“She was referred to a psychologist, and a report was written, authenticated, and forwarded to the SCID.”

“The healed lacerations imply that the genitalia lacerations identified were not recent, my lord,” Dr Makanjuola observed.

Damilola Adekoya, also known as Princess, the youngster’s foster mother, was in court to observe the proceedings.
