BBNaija S6: Why My Wife Divorced Me – Pere 

Pere, a roommate on BBNaija Season 6, has spoken out about his failed marriage.

Pamela Heoma was Pere Egbi’s wife.

Pere revealed during the Saturday night party that he divorced when he was 25 years old, in 2011, because his wife suspected him of cheating with his best buddy.

He said that his marriage issues began after his wife witnessed him kissing his female best friend.

Pere reiterated that he never cheated on his wife and pleaded with her to stay with him, but she filed for divorce, ending their relationship.

“I divorced my ex-wife because she thought I was cheating on her with my best friend,” Pere explained.

“I never cheated on her.

“My best buddy (a female) and I shot a bunch of movies in America, and we were always working on a project together, but we discovered we couldn’t date each other.

“When I married, I brought my best friend to my wife, but she was disliked by my ex-wife.

“One day, my wife accompanied me to a film production in which my best friend played my wife. We kissed throughout the shoot, which irritated my ex-wife.

“Our marriage grew unstable as a result of this, and I went on another assignment and returned to an empty house. My ex-wife had already packed her belongings and left the house.

“I persuaded her to stay at her family’s house, but she filed for divorce.”

After the Saturday night celebration, Pere was talking with Queen and Whitemoney when he stated this.
