BREAKING NEWS: Missing BRT Passenger, Found Dead Driver Arrested

Missing BRT Passenger,Oluwabamise Ayanwole, has been confirmed dead by the Lagos State Police Command

iexclusivenews reports that Oluwabamise, 22, went missing after boarding a BRT bus on February 26.

Ayanwole, corpse was found lying on Carter Bridge by Ogogoro community in Lagos Island, according to Police spokesman Adekunle Ajisebutu.

This online news outlet gathered that her body has been deposited at the morgue of the Mainland Hospital in Yaba for autopsy.

Ajisebutu noted that the bereaved family has been contacted and the corpse identified.

Senior Special Assistant to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Jubril Gawat confirmed the driver’s arrest on Monday

Commissioner of Police, Abiodun Alabi, expressed sadness and assured that the detectives handling the case will leave no stone unturned.

The command vowed that the BRT driver will face justice for this murderous act”.
