In fact, the bank wrote “Like Agege Bread, He Rose,” an allusion to both Jesus’ historical resurrection and Agege Bread’s rise.

When the incident that resulted in Deborah Samuel’s death occurred on Thursday afternoon.

The tension created by the Abubakar Suleiman-led Sterling Bank “Agege Bread” advertisement had not completely subsided.

And now aggrieved Christian members have resurrected calls for the Sterling Bank Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer to be fired.

The majority of Christians are undoubtedly unhappy, and no one knows how far they will go to vent their dissatisfaction.
