Drama As Security Agents Whisk Away Lawyer, Victor Giwa, Lady During Testimony At Panel Probing Magu

Abuja lawyer, Victor Giwa, and a lady were on Wednesday whisked away by security agents while testifying before the retired Justice Ayo Salami-led Presidential Panel inside Aso Villa in the ongoing probe of suspended Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ibrahim Magu.

The two arrested persons was testifying about their relationship with “Magu boys” before they were whisked away.

It is not clear why they were arrested but information available to Barristerng Blog stated that Counsel to the Suspended EFCC boss, Ibrahim Magu had applied to the Tribunal on Tuesday to have Mr Giwa arrested for attempting to extort a businessman of 75 Million Naira using Magu’s name.
