FTX Hearing: US Judge Rejects Revised Bail Deal With Sam Bankman-Fried

FTX Hearing -Sam Bankman-Fried’s resolution of his dispute with prosecutors over his use of encrypted messaging apps was rejected by a federal judge.

iexclusivenews reports that in a letter to US District Judge Lewis Kaplan on Monday. Sam Bankman-Fried’s lawyers said they’d reached an agreement with the government not to use encrypted messaging apps like Signal.

They requested that the judge postpone a hearing on the issue scheduled for Thursday. But Kaplan refused on Tuesday. Ordering the parties to appear before him for oral arguments on changes to the bail package.
