How FG Filed 7-Count Amended Charge Against Nnamdi Kanu
The federal government has accused Nnamdi Kanu, the arrested leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, with an amended seven-count accusation.
iexclusive News Nigeria reports that the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice has filed a new charge against Kanu, alleging treasonable felony and his alleged involvement in terrorism.
The beleaguered IPOB leader will be re-arrested in front of trial Justice Binta Nyako on Thursday.
Senator Ifeanyi Ubah of Anambra North, on the other hand, filed a complaint in the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday, seeking that the Department of State Services, DSS, grant him access to Kanu in prison.
