On Monday afternoon, a man was killed in an assault at a home in Blanchardstown.

 

iexclusive News Nigeria reports that three people were taken to the hospital after the incident, which happened around 4 p.m. at Ashfield Park.

 

According to reports monitored on The Irish Times by iexclusive News Nigeria, a man in his 40s was brought to James Connolly Memorial Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead by garda.

 

A second man and woman, both in their twenties, were rushed to Mater Hospital with significant injuries.

 

The site has been preserved for a technical assessment, and a postmortem is scheduled for tomorrow, according to the garda, which will guide the investigation’s next steps.

 

Gardai have asked anyone who was in the vicinity between noon and 4pm on Monday, including road users with camera footage, to contact Blanchardstown Garda station on 01 666 7000, the Garda confidential line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
