How NSCDC Nabbed 29-year-old For Defiling 4-year-Old In Ondo

On Monday, August 16, 2021, operatives of the Ondo State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, detained a 29-year-old suspect, Oke Adebomi, for allegedly raping a minor.

iexclusive News Nigeria reports that shortly after she returned from school, the defendant allegedly assaulted a four-year-old victim at his home on Adegoroye Street in Oshinle, Akure, the state capital.

The suspect was apprehended by the Command’s Anti-human Trafficking, Illegal Migration, and Gender-Based Unit, according to the Command’s Public Relations Officer, DSC Olufemi Omole.

The defendant confessed to the incident, saying he sexually molested the youngster by kissing her and caressing her private parts with his manhood.

The medical test indicated that there was no penetration, but there was evidence that Adebomi had put his manhood on the young girl’s private area.

Meanwhile, despite ongoing education and campaigns against such inhumane acts, the State Commandant of the Corps, Hammed Abodunrin, bemoaned the recurring incidents of minor defilement.

The suspect will be prosecuted in court after the corps inquiry was completed, the commandant stated.
