iexclusive News Nigeria reports that Cristiano Ronaldo and Juventus have an ongoing contract that ends in the summer of 2021.

With a €31 million per-annum contract, the star is still one of the highest-paid footballers in the world.

However, the year of the pandemic saw him agree on a €4 million reduction in order to help Juventus’ staffers not get fired.

Despite his age, Ronaldo remains as one of the most prolific goal-scorers in Italian football with 12 goals scored in 10 Serie A games.

In the Champions League, Cristiano already played four matches and he’s scored the same amount of goals.

The problem here is that Juventus might not be able to continue paying the same wages for more than one year.

Their intention is to sit down with Ronaldo for meetings about a new contract that will reduce his salary.

If he doesn’t agree to anything, Juventus will have to either sell him or trade him for another star player in the summer transfer window.
