Sunday Igboho Files N5billion Suit Against Malami, DSS Over Invasion Of House

Chief Sunday Igboho, the Yoruba Nation agitator, has asked the Federal High Court in Ibadan, Oyo State, to order the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, and the Department of State Services to pay him N5 billion in damages for the July 1 invasion of his home.

iexclusive News Nigeria reported that Sunday Igboho’s house in Ibadan was attacked by the DSS on July 1, killing two of his guards and abducting 13 of his aides.

Igboho, who is now detained in Benin, filed the lawsuit on Friday through his lawyer, Chief Yomi Alliyu (SAN).
