Controversy Around Tariq Nasheed

Without a doubt, he has always been at the center of various controversies. He shared a video of a distressed Holiday Inn employee being harassed by the videographer, a Black customer who is not Nasheed.

The customer appeared to be upset because of a mistake in the reservation system, which he is attempting to resolve. For whatever reason, the employee appears to be unable to do so.

It makes no difference whether this is due to a genuine inability to manipulate the system in this manner or to an individual’s difficulty managing the system. It is critical, however, that the customer continues to follow him after he has communicated that he has mental health issues and that he will presumably require some time off from work.

It gets to the point where the employee is so upset that he repeatedly smashes his head against the computer monitor, eventually breaking down in tears and attempting to flee the area. The customer continues to film and follow the man, essentially mocking him.

Nasheed posted the video under the guise that the employee was being racist by reacting in such a way to a Black man scolding him for making a mistake. He also claims that the employee used the “N” word to the customer prior to the start of the video.

The employee, on the other hand, claims that the customer used a homosexual slur against him and that he was not offended because he is a “raging homosexual.” We don’t know whether either claim is true or not because there isn’t much evidence for either in the video.
