Victor Osimhen Tests Positive For COVID-19

iexclusive News Nigeria reports that Nigerian International and Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has tested positive for COVID – 19.

This revelation came from his Italian club. This came a day after Osimhen had returned from his trip to Nigeria where he was for the Christmas festivities.

Osimhen who has yet to come in contact with any of his teammates will will be in isolation till he recovers from COVID-19.

The Italian side on their Twitter handle said, “Napoli report that footballer Osimhen tested positive for the molecular naso -pharyngeum swab on his return from abroad yesterday afternoon .

The player is asymptomatic and has not met the team group.”
