Woman Arrested For Battering Her Children Aged 2 and 5 With Partner 

A woman and her partner have been arrested in Lagos by the police for allegedly battering her two children aged 2 and 5 years.

iexclusivenews reports that a woman identified as Busola Oyediran and her partner, Akebiara Emmanuel, was arrested on Fri day, January 13, by the police following reports by neighbors.

Concerned neighbors had reported to police the biological mother and her partner’s consistent physical abuse of the minors.

Following the report, police stormed the couple’s Egbeda/Idimu home and arrested them.

The police later went to the hospital where the battered children had been taken for treatment.

The woman Busola Oyediran is the biological mother of the abused kids. But getting married to another man with whom they carried out the devilish act together.

When confronted, the children’s mother claimed they were thrown from a motorcycle and suffered serious injuries.

iexclusivenews reports that the state police command’s spokesperson, SP Benjamin confirmed the arrest.

The couple is currently in detention and will be arraigned in court on Monday, January 16. He stated that the children’s father has been notified.
