Zubby Michael N8m Birthday Bash Sparks Reactions On Social Media

Zubby Michael on Monday, flocked by fans, questioning his motive for sharing on social media the bill of over N8 million he received after a lavish and star-studded birthday party held in a restaurant on Lagos island.

The rugged actor turned a year older on Tuesday, February 1, but he chose to celebrate his birthday with a lavish party on Sunday, February 6, attended by many of his colleagues, friends, and well-wishers.

Emeka Okonkwo, popularly known as E-Money, is a billionaire businessman, as are his brother, singer Kcee, Davido, Olamide, and Kanya.

O.Kanayo was among the celebrities who attended the birthday bash. Ini Edo, IK Ogbonna, Alex Ekubo, and Uche Jombo were among the others.

While the party was going on, Zubby kept his social media followers up to date with videos from the event.

However, following the party, the actor took to Instagram to share the bill, which totaled over N8 million.

His actions, however, have elicited mixed reactions on social media, with some of his Instagram followers accusing him of negatively influencing youths with his wealth, while many others applaud him.

One of his fans, chubby mirabel, who commented on his post, wondered what the actor wanted his fans to do with the bill.

“So what should we do with this info? Make us clap or cry? Cos I do not understand this tension on a Monday morning,”he wrote.

Another follower, Azubuike Zukwanuike, wrote “No be me una go put for speed.” ashwaiy
