How  Nnamdi Kanu IPOB Leader Was Arrested

 

Nnamdi Kanu the leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra  IPOB has been arrested by the Federal Government of Nigeria

According to a report verified by SaharaReporters, the leader of IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, was apprehended at a location in Africa, according to a top source in the Nigerian government.

According to iexclusive News Nigeria, “He was not detained in London or anywhere else in the United Kingdom.”

“Diplomats verified Kanu was apprehended somewhere in Africa.” The family and IPOB are quite dissatisfied. They must have been aware of the trailing and arrest for some time.”

Nnamdi Kanu’s family has requested that the Federal Government not mistreat their son, who is now in the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS).

Speaking in Umuahia, the capital of Abia state, Nnamdi Kanu’s younger brother, Emmanuel Kanu, said the IPOB leader was on the path of truth and had done no crime worthy of persecution.

According to him, Nnamdi was merely calling for Biafran freedom, which is a fundamental human right, and so his rights should be recognized.

He stated that the entire world is watching how the Nigerian government handles Kanu.

He went on to say that his brother had raised Nigerians’ awareness of what was going on in the country.

“My brother stood for the truth, and Heaven is on anyone’s side who stands for the truth.

“He did not commit a crime, and the entire world is watching,” Emmanuel remarked.

Meanwhile, Umuahia has been in a state of uncomfortable calm since word of his detention surfaced.

People were observed discussing the topic in quiet tones, with some still perplexed by the entire incident, while others questioned whether the report was true.
