On Saturday, several of the police officers stationed at the Yoruba Nation Rally site in Ojota, Lagos, were spotted pushing a patrol van, which can only be described as an embarrassment.

 

iexclusive News Nigeria reports that some armed officers joined their colleagues in pushing the van, which appeared to be defective.

 

The van was intended to transport some of the officers who had been dispatched to quiet the protest.

 

Some onlookers laughed as a result of the occurrence.

Security personnel had first taken over the rally site, but demonstrators later marched out en masse.

 

According to residents, they were eventually dispersed by force, culminating in the death of a teenager.

Some protestors were detained, while others fled.
