Sound Sultan’s Last Phone Call with Yaw
A phone conversation between the late Nigerian singer Olanrewaju Fasasi, aka Sound Sultan, and on-air personality Steve Onu, dubbed Yaw, has been made public.

iexclusive News Nigeria reports that Sound Sultan passed away today in the United States of America following a fight with Angioimmunoblastic T-Cell Lymphoma.

The Jagbajantis lived to the age of 44.
In his talk with Yaw, Sound Sultan stated that he was simply carrying out God’s will. He stated that he had never intended to travel to America due to health issues.
“I am convinced that God has a purpose. As a result, I simply follow am. This journey was not planned.
“If you look at the way doctors describe me, you’ll find that I respond to treatment. Chemo don start. I give thanks to God. “I don’t stress myself,” Sound Sultan stated over the phone.
His wife, children, and siblings survive him.
