FBI Declassified Document Shows Saudi Arabians Connection To 9/11 Attack

Saudi Arabia is accused of being involved in the 9/11 attacks in a document produced by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

iexclusive News Nigeria reports that the document, prepared in 2016, is based on the FBI’s Operation ENCORE probe, which was made public following President Joe Biden’s executive order.

The FBI’s investigation into possible support between a Saudi consulate officer, a suspected Saudi intelligence agent in Los Angeles, and at least two of the individuals who hijacked the planes on September 11, 2001 is detailed in a newly declassified document published in 2016.

15 of the 19 Al Qaeda terrorists who hijacked four US planes and attacked on September 11, 2001 were Saudi citizens.

The FBI’s 16-page paper, which has been partially redacted, does not, however, give any evidence that the Saudi government was engaged in the assaults.

The Saudi government reacted to the news by denying any ties between the hijackers and Saudi nationals listed in the probe, calling the charges “categorically false.”

The Saudi Embassy issued a statement denying any involvement with the terrorists.

According to the statement, “no evidence has ever emerged to suggest that the Saudi government or its officials had prior knowledge of the terrorist act or were in any way engaged in its planning or execution.” “Any suggestion that Saudi Arabia was implicated in the September 11 attacks is totally false,” the statement continued.

Mr Biden’s executive order came after more than 1,600 victims of the attacks signed a letter demanding that the information be released as a condition of him visiting Ground Zero in New York City to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the attacks.
