Owners Of SIM Cards Under The age of Eighteen Are Prohibited From Owning Them
Iexclusivenews Nigeria reports that Nigerians under the age of 18 are not allowed to have Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) cards, according to the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), the country’s sole telecom regulator.
According to a draft copy of the revised Registration of Telephone Subscribers Regulations posted on the NCC’s website, all SIM card users must be 18 years old or older.
