INEC officials arrived in some polling units visited by our correspondent at 9 a.m.
INEC officials were seen setting up their materials at polling unit 009, Ebe Ezimezi, Amawbia in Awka South Local Government Areas, while voters began to arrive.
Mr Abdulahi, the polling officer, led the INEC officials.
