Gov. Udom Emmanuel S.A Arrested For Raping A 16year-old

Governor Udom Emmanuel Special Assistant Moses Armstrong has been arrested for raping a 16-year-old girl.

iexclusivenews reports that the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has arrested Moses Armstrong the Special Assistant to Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State and Nollywood actor.

This online news outlet understands that Mr Armstrong’s arrest by the Akwa Ibom State Police. For allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl was confirmed by the National President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Emeka Rollas.

However, iexclusivenews Nigeria reports that the AGN President Mr Rollas described the case as “a grevious one”. As it is being handled by the first lady of the state, Martha Udom Emmanuel. Through her Family Empowerment and Youth Re-Orientation Path Initiative.

The president added that the accusation was a sad development involving one of their own but the organsation will not stand for such a crime.

“To get involved with a child as young as 16yrs. Is not something I and the association I represent, would stand for.  And this is a very sad development involving a member of ours. But I wouldn’t want to comment any further on this case,” Rollas was quoted as saying.

Meanwhile, iexclusivenews Nigeria reports that Moses Armstrong, who lost his wife actress Rita Armstrong in 2018. After she died from spinal cord injuries sustained in an accident. Is a special assistant to the Akwa Ibom State Governor Udom Emmanuel.
