In a recent appearance on “The Damon Elliott Show,” Tyson revealed his rigorous pre-fight regimen, which includes abstaining from sex and marijuana.
This disciplined approach marks a significant departure from his usual habits, as he aims to regain his championship form.

In an interview with Forbes Life, Tyson disclosed that he has been living a disciplined life for six weeks, refraining from marijuana and intimacy.
This level of self-control is a testament to his dedication to training, as he seeks to prove himself in the ring once again.
Tyson’s commitment to his craft is evident in his words:
“I hate not being able to smoke. But I’m doing it like I love it; I hate not being able to sleep with my wife, but I’m doing it like I love it.”
Interestingly, Tyson’s ear-shaped marijuana edibles recently hit New York dispensaries in March, coinciding with the announcement of his fight against Paul.
However, his publicist clarified that he is abstaining from marijuana to comply with fight rules, as it is listed as a banned substance by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the agency overseeing the fight.
Roy Jones Jr., the last person to face Tyson in the ring, offered a cautionary tale to Paul about the formidable condition Tyson is in.
Jones recounted the intensity of Tyson’s punches, stating,
“The first time he hit me in the chest, it felt like a mule had kicked me in the chest.”
He warned that Paul may struggle to withstand Tyson’s powerful blows, which could prove decisive in the fight.
