Despite the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) threatening to sabotage President Muhammadu Buhari’s visit to Imo state, the president has arrived in Owerri, the state capital.
iexclusive News Nigeria reports that at around 9.30 a.m., the presidential plane touched down at the Sam Mbakwe Cargo Airport.
Governor Hope Uzodimma and several members of the president’s executive council greeted the president, who was dressed in Igbo traditional costume.
