Oscars 2022 – Will Smith has apologized for slapping comedian, Chris Rock during the Oscars on Sunday.

iexclusivenews reports that In an Instagram post, Smith described his conduct during the Academy Awards as wrong and inexcusable.

Smith also apologized to the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

I was both out of line and incorrect. I’m embarrassed, and my actions do not reflect the guy I aspire to be.

“Jokes at my expense are a part of the job, but a joke about Jada’s medical condition was too much for me to bear and I reacted emotionally.”
