Mr. Cosby, 83, has already served more than two years of a three-to-ten-year sentence in a Pennsylvania state jail.

He was found guilty of drugging and abusing Andrea Constand, an ex-basketball player, in 2018.

Mr. Cosby’s spokesman, Andrew Wyatt, issued a statement thanking the court.
