Abba Kyari: Why I Attended Obi Cubana Mother’s Burial In Anambra
Obi Cubana has been hailed as one of the most diligent businesspeople he knows by Abba Kyari, Deputy Commissioner of Police and leader of the Inspector-General of Police’s Intelligence Response Team.

iexclusive News Nigeria reports that Abba Kyari stated this while explaining his motives for attending his mother’s burial in Oba, Anambra State’s Idemili North Local Government.
The gathering, which was attended by businessmen, politicians, musicians, and actresses, sparked outrage on social media after Abba Kyari was identified in the photos.
However, in a Facebook post, Kyari stated that he attended the burial despite his tight schedule due of Obi Cubana’s excellent character.
“Obinna Iyiegbu, widely known as Obi Cubana, is one of the most industrious entrepreneurs and humble persons I’ve met for many years,” he wrote in his article. He is both a brother and a good friend.
“I had to squeeze time out of my busy schedule to honor him by attending the burial of his Beloved Mom in Oba town, Anambra State.”
