7 People Killed By Bandit In Kaduna.

 

Iexclusive News Nigeria in Kaduna State’s Chikun, Kajuru, and Giwa local government areas, armed bandits have slain seven individuals in the last 72 hours.

 

Four of the 26 victims kidnapped by bandits on June 18, 2021, at Ungwan Madaki in Kakau, Chikun LG, were killed after their families failed to pay ransom.

 

It was also discovered that after killing the four victims, the bandits instructed the families to go to Tsohon Gaya and pick up the bodies that they had dumped by the roadway.

 

The occurrences were reported to the state government by security services on Friday, according to Samuel Aruwan, the State Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, who verified the incidents in a statement on Saturday, July 3.

 

He claims that bandits shot four individuals on the fringes of Chikun LGA’s Tsohon Gayan general area.

 

He claimed two persons from Kakau village in the same LGA, Solomon Bamaiyi and Francis Moses, were slain, along with another unidentified person from Kachia.

 

Danjuma Alhaji, a native of Tsohon Farakwai in Igabi LGA, was similarly killed by bandits on the fringes of Galadima General Area in Giwa LGA, according to the Commissioner.

Governor Nasir El-Rufai has extended condolences to their families and prayed for their souls to rest in peace, he said.

 

Security agents, according to Aruwan, paid a visit to Iri Station, where some residents were killed and an indeterminate number of persons were kidnapped, to create trust.

 

Meanwhile, Mr Bulus Umaru has been identified as one of the victims killed by bandits in Chikun.
