Bruno Fernandes, a Manchester United midfielder, was involved in an automobile accident on the eve of his team’s Premier League match against Liverpool.

The passenger side of Fernandes’ left-hand-drive Porsche was severely damaged in the accident, as evidenced by photos from the scene.

Meanwhile, iexclusivenews Nigeria reports that another vehicle involved in the collision collided with a tiny wooden fence in a house’s front garden.

Following the incident, emergency workers were sent to the area, and Fernandes was seen chatting with a firefighter.

‘Yes, he was practising with the team obviously the accident happened on the way to Carrington.’ United manager Ralf Rangnick said on Monday when questioned about Fernandes after the tragedy.

‘As far as I’m aware, no one was hurt.’ He was fine and will be fine tomorrow.’

Since joining United in a £47 million transaction from Sporting in 2020, Fernandes has played a significant role.

In 120 appearances for United, the midfielder has 49 goals and 39 assists, and he has earned the club’s Player of the Year title for the past two seasons.
