NFT News – Tamil Thalaivas has launched ‘phygital’ NFT, in collaboration with Sportzchain, commemorating an achievement in the sportsman’s career.

iexclusivenews reports that from May 10 on the Sportzchain NFT website, housed on NgageN, the NFT will be available as a physical asset.

This online news outlet understands that the NFT fever is spreading, and Kabaddi has followed in the footsteps of Basketball, Cricket, and Football.

In conjunction with the blockchain-based fan engagement platform Sportzchain, the Kabaddi team Tamil Thalaivas will create a ‘phygital’ NFT.

This phygital NFT, according to Sportzchain, is a framed signed match day jersey with blockchain-powered ownership validation.

It honors Surjeet Singh, the captain and star defender of the Tamil Thalaivas, who set a Kabaddi League record with 300 tackle points.

“This is a first for myself and for the sport of Kabaddi,” Surjeet Singh told Business Today, “we had no method to honor these individual achievements of ours, especially in such a unique way.” I am delighted that a Tamil Thalaiva fan will be able to acquire this unique piece of memorabilia, and I look forward to meeting the owner.”

Meanwhile, iexclusivenews Nigeria reports that only unique, gold, and silver NFT cardholders of Tamil Thalaivas’ previously launched digital NFTs will be allowed to acquire this new NFT, according to the platform.
